I read the transcript of the interview Wilson had with a detective the day after the shooting. It sounds like Wilson was trying to be nonconfrontational, and Brown was being an arse about it in the way young people can be with authority (like drunk college kids). Then Brown took it to the next level by starting the fight.

Because the supporters jumped the gun initially and assumed Brown was just some innocent victim. Now its too late for them retract their emotions.

Sympathy is already in very short supply after Trayvon Martin, Duke LaCrosse, Tawana Brawley, etc.....sympathy will be even more scarce after these idiots block traffic and burn businesses for a few days.
