Two important questions.
Did he reach for something
Did he try to run over the cops.
If he was just running shooting in the car is obviously a terrible reaction. The police need body cam footage out IMMEDIATELY if the cops acted correctly to show their officers were in the right.

Unfortunately as we have learned in the Chauvin case playing the cop cams stops the media from twisting the facts and doesn't allow the citizens to see the truth until it doesn't matter anymore. You can't fill the coffers of blm and liberal groups if the masses aren't probably brainwashed.

Oh for frick's sake. You got pulled over for some flavor of shite driving. You gave the cops your name, and were told you have outstanding warrants and they have no choice but to arrest you.
You really have two choices. You can go peacefully because you are caught and you will not outrun them, nor will you outgun them. Or, you can foolishly act like an idiot and wind up dead. Those are your only two options, because you have no recourse on the side of the road. You certainly can't fight the charges from the warrant if you are dead.
