Im not wearing a suit and tie to work gramps. I work with the same 25 people every day, and unless I'm meeting customers, I'm wearing jeans and an untucked polo.
There is a wide range between suit/tie and jeans/untucked polo

1) People above me in the hierarchy chiming in on problems that I’m already aware of without giving me the proper time to handle it. I guess they’re trying to justify that they’re “doing their job” when they don’t do anything.
2) Directly from Office Space: if I make a mistake I have 4 different people telling me about it via email or phone.

Sounds like you need to work more quickly and frick up less often.

I’ll go with the obvious - talking with your mouth full and smacking. I sat next to an elderly couple last week who couldn’t hear well, so they yelled a conversation, both smacking, mouths full of food. Just made me furious.

When salespeople quote monthly notes to customers when the salesperson can't even put the correct date on the deal folder

There is a reason it is called MY FOOD. Keep your mitts off of it. Also, the Keurig pods in my desk are mine. If you want lunch, and coffee, buy some.

People who warm up leftover fish in the office kitchen microwave.

The dead-arse team member who refuses to move on orders unless everything is perfectly laid out like a tablecloth at a white-star restaurant.
I'm talking about you, Agnes.

This. If you're a guy, no one is going to bat an eye at khakis and a button down.

Microwaving stinky food. I always leave the building and go grab lunch whenever this shite happens.

Don't worry. I don't drink crappy stale coffee wrapped in plastic. I won't take any of those off your desk.

There are definitely some posters here who rely on their jobs for their social lives.

When people create new email response chains because they do not realize that you can reply back to your own email.

Sending me an email with several questions requiring answers and then showing up or calling 2 minutes later to discuss and requesting the answers.
Then once back their desk, sending a follow-up email wanting the answers in writing.
You know when you might get those answers by email?

Creating a share point document in TEAMS and having some old guy that’s part of the group ask you to email him the file, then emails it back to you with his updates.
