Don't work with any coworkers, but my office is rented in a building where multiple businesses also rent offices.

It blows my mind how employed adults leave dirty dishes in the sink, leave food to rot in the fridge, put new toilet paper on top of the roll instead of properly on it, etc. These are people in their 40s and above, and almost all women. Insanity.

Boomers that hit reply all on emails…

Or people who use the cabling/set up in the conference room but don’t return everything to the original state once they’re done

Asshats who call without saying you're on their speakerphone.

Double points if the subject of the asshat's call is in their office listening in.

Those who take a pour from my bar every evening and never once do they contribute.

Edit. Stupid phone.

When I email out something like a new price sheet, parts catalog, etc. and tell the group they need to read it, understand it, and save it to their records. Then days later someone sends me an email asking something that was in the information I’d already provided. I’ve made a habit of simply going back and forwarding the original email I sent them.

Owning a bar is cool I guess, but why do you care if people take the poor people out of your bar? Maybe they wouldn't be poor if they didn't spend all their time in your bar.

I bought a mini-fridge for my office because of this.

There is a woman here who wears normal shoes to work but takes them off and wears fuzzy house shoes around the office. They look to be quite old and very worn. I don’t see her much though because she’s in another building.

Employees that say they've been around someone that has Covid, but won't go get tested for it and works from home all week.

Yeah, I reply all if all parties need to know it got taken care of. Lots of clients are guilty of emailing every single person with the company they've ever spoken to, so I'll get a bunch of messages from coworkers if I handle the issue via private email and they think it just went un-replied to.

Another pet peeve for me not specifically in the office are unrealistic/absurd expectations of your time. Unscheduled phone calls to bump their issue to the front of the line, requesting standing weekly calls that aren't needed, etc.

We use Outlook calendar and everyone’s calendar is shareable. So if you need to schedule a meeting or call with someone all you have to do is pull up their calendar and see if they’re busy, traveling, etc. It works great but we still have a handful of people who still can’t grasp the concept.

I'm surprised it's only a handful.

My Assistant who always wears high heels which clanks on the floor while she walks back-and-forth to my desk all day long. It’s LOUD (we’re on second floor) She’s so good that I don’t have the heart to tell her to wear regular gum shoes, so I just deal with it.
