Yeah, but the GW/CC narrative holds that human factors are the cause of GW/CC.
This graphic, assuming it is true, is but one example of historic climate busting a hole in that argument. The human population was a fraction of what it is now, with none of the supposed caused of global warming present.

Which by all measures is 1/4 to 1/3 of the atmospheric CO2. Or, on your chart, around 1.5%. Pulling out a sliver of 0.28% is dishonest at best and plain stupid at worst.

It was more of a rhetorical question I guess. If we are truly as "doomed" as many on that side of this debate make it out that we are, then whatever they propose is just to line their own pockets because, well, we are doomed. So, the hyperbole from that side (not saying this is you, just in general) does not lead to an open discussion about anything. quote:

Greed is good. The government can work faster than market forces, but it rarely works better than market forces. Elon Musk is well on his way to his goal of making electric cars acceptable to the masses. Solar efficiency has new breakthroughs every year. The human race will get there because "going green" will be economically favorable on its own without any government incentives needed.
