Parents are too lazy to cook, raising kids on fast food. Fat kids become fat adults. Rinse and repeat.

Thats what happens when you have 201,865 Fast Food Restaurants businesses in the US as of 2023.
Eta
201,865 ÷ 50 = 4037.3 restaurants per state

Kids don't go outside and activity anymore.

I think that's part of it. But I also think there are environmental toxins involved. PFOA's are one suspect. They are known endocrine disruptors (frick with metabolism) and are found in almost every product nowadays.

Kinda shocked that Georgia isn't in the >35 category.
Stacy Abrams lives there.

Now do a graph by illegal immigration from Mexico. That's not a political statement. Typically, Mexican families eat home cooked meals in the mornings and evenings. Once they immigrate (often illegally), the family support of viaja isn't there, so they eat cheaply, e.g. mickey Ds. I can guarantee there's causation (because there's papers written on it).

But Mexico is like the one country that’s fatter than us

80% of the obesity epidemic is due to HFCS.

The massive rise in seed oils are a contributing factor.

Obese people are disgusting and having to see them everywhere genuinely makes me want to leave this country.

Let’s see them.
My anecdotal evidence is that white and black people in America have gotten fat as frick. Citation: my eyes

Well the gubbmint food chart has told us to load on carbohydrates and limit meat and good fats like butter. The more carbs you eat with no exercise, the fatter you get.

I'd think there is likely a significant increase in sedentary jobs as well

It’s truly amazing if you’re ever out in public and just stop and pay attention to it. Like 9 out of 10 ppl are fat fricks it seems or at least somewhat overweight. It’s sad how little we take care of ourself.
