If they choose not to, then there's a different issue like mental illness because I have to believe some people who let themselves go and given a chance for a do over would "jump" at the chance.
I don't want to believe the people I grew up with in the 70s and 80s who were never overweight would accept that as their new reality given the chance to fix it.

Not sure. But if you recall we went through a period of "body positivity" and celebrating being fat for a while. Might have been the early 2000s, but we definitely quit giving fatties a hard time till recently.

Probably still collecting the data to determine where they will get more profits, obesity or long-term effects of GLPs
