They have a panties deal right now where you get 5 for $30. You need to hit over $31,000 in a day for that rent, ignoring other costs. So you need to hit on at least 1,030 of those panties deals and that’s 5 panties per deal, so that’s at least 5,150 panties per day just to get that nut.
That’s a lot of asses in need of covering.

Chain restaurants pulling out shouldn’t be what makes people in NYC nervous.
Major retailers pulling up stakes for Florida should scare the shite out of them. Part of the appeal of NYC is that you can get virtually anything at any time of the day or night.
