NY School Superintendent, says teacher can't be prejudice because "she eats tacos"

Monique-Gale Messina, an educator at Eldred Junior Senior High School in Sullivan County, also scrutinized the texture of the teens’ hair, according to the suit, which was initially filed in New York State Supreme Court last month before being removed to White Plains federal court on Tuesday.
In response to complaints to the administration by the two students, who at the time were in the ninth and eleventh grades, the lawsuit says school district higher-ups said Messina could not possibly be bigoted “because… she ‘ate tacos’” — that is, Messina is LGBTQ.

I have never heard "ate tacos" as a synonym for a carpet muncher.

In order to make a fair judgement, Oldmanbeasley needs pictures of the taco eater as well as the taco that was being eaten. Was this just a single taco situation or a full on taco Tuesday buffet?

That BS is about $$$$ for the parents and the lawyer not the kids. It’s like the black girl who was allegedly damaged for life when the parade or park mascot didn’t say hello or shake hands with her because they had to keep parade moving and just had a little bit of time at each stop or slowdown (may have e also been something about she was was trying to grab them which wasn’t allowed and was not supposed to be rewarded). Out of all the kids that got similar treatment this little girl was so badly harmed in life that she need those dollar bills times a million to make her right…
At press conference they put a mask over her face because she didn’t care at that point and couldn’t keep up the victim face like her parents.

They really think that because of how they vote they will be treated as one of them.
