If someone is being belligerent or physical with the cops, I get that they need to be somewhat robotic. These guys are a couple of tards the way they talk to this woman.
Tell her she’s safe, everything is recorded, they will test her and go from there, if she cooperates she can be out in no time etc…
I have a theory that a lot of people default to the stupidity they observe and these guys surely experienced the I’ll just continuously repeat myself exactly because maybe you didnt hear it the first 90 times I said it.

Once is all law enforcement should have to ask, hence the "enforcement" part of the title. It's not a negotiation moment, you get that chance in court...................
