What you do is order the steak and eggs. Get the eggs sunny side up so you can slide them right on top of the steak. Finish it off with a pecan waffle. That'll fix you right up.

That's what I always get, when I go to a waffle house. T-bone MR and eggs over medium with hashbrowns. It's really a pretty good steak, when you consider that they cook it on a flat griddle instead of a grill. It's not the kind of steak you want with a big dinner.
