There should be a law that when a local jurisdiction determines a poling location that there is ample free parking, restroom facilities, and convenient access.
Heck in Terrebonne they had to move a precinct because there was no running water.

People who own cars in Lakeview probably have the least chance of voting blue, and the best chance of being willing and able to pay a ticket.

So, they had to move the precinct to another parish???
No they just moved it up da bayou to Grand Caillou Middle school a move of about 6.5 miles.

I would say it’s probably more because the administration has received a ton of complaints about parking.
Most people aren’t the problem but what happens is the 10% of people parking, park like assholes and in front of driveways and in spots that aren’t parking spots.
So the parking patrols have to come out for the day

Parking legally is the easiest thing in the world. Never been ticketed parking legally.

What do you is take the ticket off someone else’s car and put it on yours, park wherever you want and enjoy. They’ll walk by and see the ticket and think they already got you

Nah they just randomly target LV. My cousin got a ticket for parking their own car slightly on the grass over the curb in front of their house facing the correct direction.

Bet the cops drive right by cars parked in same way in the ghetto. I’d tear the ticket and toss it. Doesn’t sound like they parked incorrectly.

Metairie folks park in their grass on the lawn by the street. Aren’t ticketed? Maybe I misunderstood. I didn’t think it’s illegal to park on curb touching grass.
