I’m pretty sure Helena isn’t appointing federal judges. Am I missing something?

Not reading this but the issue is that she was a defense attorney? So in your mind no one who practiced as defense attorney should be allowed to work as a judge?

I'd proverbially smash her

Liberal white women are the absolute worst. Just AWFL

You 100% lost out on the position to her, lmao.
1. She was just his defense attorney. That's what the job is, and they serve an important function.
2. The legislature and the AG investigated the DA, not her.
3. This is your first post and you used that dumb guy from Suits as a name.
Take the L like an adult and move on. Federal judge appointments, both district and magistrate, are like 75% political at least in any circumstances. It happens.

Bruh this is a magistrate. They are hired by the district judges for a few years to oversee discovery and evidence matters.
Since this is your first post, I wonder whose alter you are. Or perhaps you are disgruntled about not being selected

This, I am all for criminals getting what they deserve, I am also for prosecutors acting above board and in good faith to secure honest convictions.
