With National Oil Bargaining negotiations underway, and the timeline nearing (Feb 1st), please keep the hardworking individuals in your thoughts and prayers.

frick Unions. They are not needed anymore with labor laws, osha, etc. nothing but a corrupt money grab. They don’t give 2 fricks about their “members”, only their pockets being lined. Useless lazy fricks.

The USW doesn't need to bring that argument. The statement is repeated almost daily by CEOs.
Unless you believe low utilization and defending lawsuits or paying fines leads to profit.

Nope, but I would like to see you correlate that to the workers asking for another 4 - 5% year over year on top of a base salary over $80,000 for a four year+ employee. By and large, safety is driven by the company to the exacerbated chagrin of those being forced to be the “extra mile” safe.
