They usually have it settled, but not signed. A few are still outstanding.

We will see. I have 120 directs and a dozen indirects waiting on word from me on if we are working tomorrow. Construction manager for client is supposed to inform all of the contractors on our project what the deal is after midnight. If I have to wake up 2 hours early to get there early to help turn our crews around I will be pissed.
