He's crying because she didn't get more than $3500 along with TOPS.

So tuition is paid for with TOPS, and she gets $3500 to do as she pleases.

That covers dorm and meal plans, plus probably books.

No it doesn't, it's 3.5k per year. That MAY, again may, cover the fees for spring and fall semester. That means room and board, meals, books, etc will be OOP. All while arguable better institutions will pay for all of that plus possibly put a little money back in your pocket.

Can you explain the use of "to" here? Seems a bit of a failure in use of the English language.

Is it an arguement or education because what you posted was factually incorrect?

And then you whined about it. You weren't required to read my rebuttal, yet you did and then proceeded to whine like a little bitch

Im sorry dude. You arent getting into LSU with a 2.0. You maybe could get into UNO.

Yet not incorrect. Does Dickens misuse the English language because of his long colorful sentences? Or does he just use long colorful sentences that one may view as superfluous?

you are the one wrong here pal, before the holistic approach went into effect, you needed a 3.0 unless you had a very high test score

I know some nonathletes that got in without the 3.0 for certain. I'm not saying every kid will, but with all this holistic bullshite it wouldn't surprise me either.

I went to high school with a kid that may have had less than a 2.0 and made a 30 on the ACT. Now every kid in public school takes the test so while it's surely not common it's certainly very possible which is my entire point.

Why are you hung up on a minor detail?

Or are you just saying black people aren't smart because that wouldn't surprise me if you believe that either

These statements are one big contradiction! Did Dickens do this also? Just admit it, you're wrong. You look even more pathetic than normal when you won't admit it.

I know more people from high school that went to college out of state than went to LSU. Even when I was a senior I got random scholarship applications from A&M and Miami, nothing from LSU. My grades and test scores were ok.

Of course

quote:

An oxymoron (usual plural oxymorons, more rarely oxymora) is a rhetorical device that uses an ostensible self-contradiction to illustrate a rhetorical point or to reveal a paradox.
