Not surprised. She has more mental issues than anyone I’ve ever heard of. She’s bipolar, has cutting, food disorders, major addiction issues. She went back to the same drug dealer and did the same drugs after she almost died.

Ah, her monthly attention seeking revelation. She's made a habit of this.
Last month she tried to get a yogurt shop closed because they had diet-friendly options on display. They were obviously promoting anorexia. The shop fought back and she was rightfully blasted by her own fans.
Before that she OD'd again, and nearly died, of course the dealer is the bad guy because she thinks she was raped at that point.
Get this woman some help.
