It's a myth that crime will rise with legal mj. The only people that lose are defense attorneys, DA's, and LEO. Not to mention the ever expanding prison industry.

Troll clearly, but just so we're on the same page.

The city ordinance does not allow for consumption in public. In fact you cannot smoke weed in public in Colorado even. It makes possession of small amounts subject to confiscation and a small fine. I hate to break it to you, but it's progressed through the process with little or no opposition. It's almost certainly going to pass.

I believe they just want confiscation and a fine for small amounts. Just jail time is gone
