Again... The Town Talk went around to his family and friends asking for a picture of the deceased
that was the picture supplied to the paper by 1 of his friends... who happens to be on the left side of the picture as well

If they found other evidence to say he did it on purpose or in any way other than a complete accident, then string him up and use that stuff as evidence as well. But merely not caring and being a racist shite bag isn't quite enough. And it sounds like there is some pretty good evidence/witness reports that back up that it was an accident.
I completely understand the desire for something bad to happen to this turd, but you can't just assume he did something that he likely didn't just because you think he's a piece of shite.
