Such as the victim walking into the road, driver slowing down. Etc.

Do you think this teenager had the hyper-awareness to go through that thought process? This is a split second situation.

That implies a level of evil that is far beyond racism on a social media site.

The most straightforward situation is likely the true case.

That is a good point. I can't really disagree with that.

We can have discussions and disagreements all day long. I don't care to get into personal attacks, though.

Then..why are you on the OT? Personal attacks are 60% the fun.

No, that's 30%. The other 10% is logic and boredom.

I don't know. That is the thing, this is my personal opinion. You may possibly be right, and I am completely wrong. That is ok. I don't expect him to be convicted based off of my opinion. I totally get that.

Anyone can care to disagree. That is fine. But I believe that anyone who can kill someone, and then not feel any remorse at all. That same person would also kill someone purposely.

No evidence to suggest hitting the poor guy was intentional. Nothing to charge him with because it was an accident.

He did slow down. Then the guy basically walked into his car.

said the investigation found that Martin, 18, was driving his 2003 Chevrolet pickup truck at the posted speed limit, 55 mph, and had slowed down as he approached the spot where Lewis and another pedestrian were removing wooden debris from the road to the median of the four-lane highway.

You do know, it is possible that while he may have not just purposely went out of his way to hit the victim in the road. It is also very possible that he didn't care that much to swerve away, brake, etc and make sure he didnt hit him. He did just enough to make sure it looked like an accident.

It’s also possible Brittany Spears really wants me to be her boy toy. But where is the evidence to back that up?

She just wants me for my body.

And I’m good with that.

I don't know about you, but I was taught not to swerve. If he was driving a lifted truck and swerved, then overcorrected, he could have flipped, Which could have caused him to lose his life because someone walked out in front of him. A woman was killed years ago in my hometown, because some POS walked across the road without looking. She swerved to miss him and went head up with a semi. I'm sorry, but if you walk out in front of me, I'm not swerving. I will try to hit the brakes, but it still isn't guaranteed that a vehicle will stop in time.
