But yes, America is bad. Continue on with your false propaganda you Woke scum of the earth fools

This is a stupid take. In any country where there is a sports league, athletes tend to make much more than the general population. Hell, the Indian cricket league is one of the highest paying professional sports leagues in the world. You just sound jealous.

Quote: I'm going to go against the grain and say that I love the NFL and hope it comes back asap.

I hear ya! I doesn't bother me one bit that NFL players choose to support their teammates. Some people probably believe the same in here, they are just afraid to get downvoted or called a ”Lib”.

Looks like the idiots who have ”rights” and refuse to follow health guidelines, will make sure there is no football this year.

Looks like the same people who were praising the Florida governor, need to apologize to the kids losing their first trip to Disney World.

If you are a true fan of football at any level, and say you don't care...

You're full of s**t!

This is what I would expect, I wouldn’t be surprised if they cancel all the non-conference games and play without fans in college too.

Frankly, that beats the likely alternative, which is canceling the season all together.

So many tears. I love it. First you swore it off after Kaep. Then Brees. Now this. You’ll be back. We both know it.

They kneel, it's okay if they don't play. Maybe the millionaires can survive without a paycheck.

I was told Eric Ebrom's job was to catch footballs and him telling fans that don't like the kneeling to frick off shouldn't affect his standing.

So apparently these guys can just go catch footballs in their backyards and still get paid.

I don't know that I won't watch. But last off season was the first time in years that I didn't watch any NFL network. My TV used to be on that channel all day every day. When the Saints got screwed I had very little interest.

This off-season I have had zero interest. I'll probably turn the TV on for the game, but as soon as they start lecturing I'll turn it off. By week 3 hopefully they'll tone it down enough for me to come back.

Who would actually root for players in this environment?

Most of these people have been privileged since grade school.

You are probably right. There are a lot of hopeless people in this country, especially among minority communities that don't prioritize education or fatherhood/Healthy family structure.

Fine with me, they can cancel the league for good as far as I'm concerned. I haven't watched an entire NFL game in many years.
