BREAKING: Lots of talk that the
@NFL
will cancel part or all of its pre-season games and could be heading for fanless games amid the spread of #covid and a possible second wave in the fall. League hasn't commented as teams still trying to sell tickets, suites and sponsorships.

There is no way they are gonna allow teams "groups" to travel around the country and play contact sports. I guess they could require the players to wear mask, but I just don't see it.

NCAA is def gonna fold, but we will see if the money talks.

Hope I'm wrong, really do.

They sent out the email to ticket holders last night that first 8 rows wouldn’t have fans so I’m sure the rest of the stadiums are next

Wouldn’t that be a third wave?

I think by the fall so many fans will be fed up with all the politics permeating football they won’t care.

They should make this a permanent thing. I seriously don’t care at all anymore about them.

Should think about the rest of the season too.

To hell with the nfl, i don't care for off field drama to make the game more interesting. It's not a reality series. After 25 years of reality shite and social media on tv..it has to go hand in hand with everything.

ETA

Maybe lack of communication was best for the human race. Times were easier and better iirc

First wave second spike? It’s hard to keep score.
What’s the difference between a wave and a spike?
