The park may have been racist for cancelling the party, but having double the allowed guests and breaking the rule by promoting on social media give the water park some leverage here.

100% chance of a drowning. Probably multiple drownings, because as we all know other low intelligence non swimmers would have jumped in to save the drowner.

the only way this stops is if judges start immediately just throwing these cases out. but that’s not gonna happen.

anything i don’t like or doesn’t go my way, “racism”

Signed, but did he pay the two-grand?

They probably would have gotten almost all the way through the day, then complained that the slides were too slippery and the water was too wet and then not wanted to pay the bill, plus get their dranks comped for their inconvenience

Is the water park next door to a Kia dealership? May have just been an unfortunate coincidence.

It still wasn’t proven that 500 people were going to be there though. The family even acknowledged that they paid for 250 people. And as for the part where the park says it failed to bring their own security…well the family in the video even says that they brought their own security, so even though the park may say they have the right to do what it wants, their actions seem to be based on bullshite.

neither has the allegation of racism.

that they brought their own security

in what world would a private business allow that? and what could possibly go wrong with bringing in your own security…

it’s a private business, they can do what they want. or has your attitude changed on this in the last 2 years?

A bunch of gangbangers with tek-9s and AK’s does not constitute “security”

Yeah 50 would be a lot of people for a kids party. 100 insane. 500?

I would have to very a significant portion the kids couldn't even name.

What person has 500 friends.

I mean unless they just invited the entire high school. But even then that's still impressive. If I was in high school and I tried to invite the entire school, I still would have only had about 5-10 people show up.

If they have screen shots that they promoted on social
Media and it was in the contract that they couldn’t, they screwed. Not to mention I’m sure they have pics of all the people in the parking lot. Any social media post nullifies the contract.

Oh no no no....

Laws, rules, accountability.....

None of that matters any longer thanks to comments like the first one you posted above. You feed this beast.

I also think it is hilarious that they also claim they needed all this "security".

Why would they need that? When I was a teenager, if I had 500 people from my town show up to something, we wouldn't have needed security. PS - and that party would have had a demographic split of about 60/40 white to black. Yet, somehow, we never shot each other. Hmmmmm
