Offered a job in both.

Where are you moving?

What's the pay?
Do you like the cold?
What neighborhood in each city?

Personally, since I have several cousins in Brooklyn, I'd take New York, but I could see why others might choose L.A. due to the vastly superior weather.

I would sooner live in Bunkie than either place but at least L.A. doesn't freeze your balls off in winter

Depends on the pay, if it's good enough I'd take LA in a heartbeat

NY, very reluctantly. San Diego or Santa Barbara, my answer would be different.

Id say LA for the weather and "scenery" alone

LA because weather is a major factor.

Los Angeles

Lot of great places to sleep outside when you can't afford to live there, but still need your rest.

Nope, just warmer when you can't afford to live there, and have some really good places to sleep outside. In fact they have fire pits near the beach for the slightly chilled evening.

If you're not making over $150k your poor in either city.

If you're an outdoors person, It's LA easy decision.

Do you prefer damaged souls or no soul's?

NYC is the correct answer

Depends on what kind of person you are.

Probably L.A. for me but I could deal with either one.

It’d take a bunch of money to get me to consider either one, being even upper middle class in either would not be my cup of tea.

sure if you have a family but you could have a pretty sweet life in L.A. living by the beach while making only 10k a month if you are single
