None in OrleansCDC will.
Will have to be a ED Fed Judge

I nailed it. I told everyone weeks ago that is the Dem play now, not capacity restrictions and the like

You did. Considering the high percentage of her base that is anti-vaccine, I am pretty surprised by this.

What happens when a private business doesn't want to have proof? What if they don't care what your status is.

In the first sentence of your quote it says proof of a negative test is also accepted.

I do not know about any of you but we need to be protesting this shite. I am down. This is complete and utter bullshite and nonsense.

Are they also going to require someone to present an i.d. to prove they are the person whose name is on the card?

The funniest part of this is the people making these mandates think 70% of their city can’t obtain an ID to vote but they’ll be able to obtain vaccination proof IDs or an endless amount of Covid tests.

Mayor LaToya Cantrell is planning to announce that people will need to show proof of a COVID-19 vaccination

Did, uh....did Caesar play football there?
Didn’t think so.

The city will do everything in their power to fine and shut that business down, selectively enforced of course against businesses with owners of a certain persuasion, just like the capacity restrictions were.
It will go to the courts. A business like Tracey's for instance that doesn't give a frick and hates Latoya will go forward with it.

Is she going to provide the personnel to make these checks or do the business have to hire someone to do it?
Posted on 8/12/21 at 1:22 pm to suavecito80
We already know the vaccine doesn’t stop the spread. It might slow it down some but you definitely can still get infected and pass it on.
I’m sure the unvaccinated will quickly be blamed for this govt overreach but it is clearly all about imposing control over their citizens.
