shite I was at the Riverwalk the weekend before Christmas and the line at that Cafe Du Monde was 30 deep....not worth it at all.

Cafe du Mond does not actually set up a line. The tourists do. You are supposed to just walk up and wait for a table to open up from any side that you can get to.

The servers at the French Market location don’t work directly for CDM. They work for tips and order in line also. Walk in, sit at a dirty table. Server cleans table, you order and laugh at the people in line.
