My guess is Via Air to Austin/Orlando.
Or Silver to Orlando.
Being that I live and work near the runway approach path I hope to god it isn’t Allegiant.

I mean I guess they can catch some of the BR population that's willing to drive an hour, but the flights will have to be reasonably priced. 490k people in Laffy area vs the 830k in BR. Doubt people from Nola will drive that way either. Also depends on the destination/airline. If it's someplace like Orlando I don't think it will survive

I think people on here would pay a decent amount for a flight from LFT to Baton Rouge to avoid the basin and the new bridge on a daily basis

I would buy a ticket and take a trip just for fun if so. LFT is so damn expensive as of now. Need a better way to Chicago without driving to NOLA.
