I would leave the southeast if you can. It's a terrible place to live and raise children. Do they teach evolution in your school? Do they allow spanking in schools?

The southern red states are becoming banana republics. I live in CO and the lifestyle is night and day. We have had one murder in 5 years.

Look your kids in the eye and tell them why you raised them in the south? Every state trails in almost every standard of living.

Where is the best place to look at the demographics for a town?

Purina, I can assure you the reason for all the murders in the South have nothing to do with: Red States, Spanking in Schools or Whether they teach evolution. It is a certain demographic that doesn't value life or education.

This is also another reason to leave the southeast.

Lets keep this about whites only. Southern whites are ignorant as frick. Facts.

Ask any teacher or coach who has experience with both.

Can you claim cash as stolen to your insurance company and is it covered?

No, cash is not allowed to be claimed on your typical homeowners policy. I believe you can purchase an amendment that would cover the cash but 99% of people don't do it because it's quite expensive and you have to have proof that you had cash in the house at the time of the robbery.

Source: me. I was a former Insurance Adjuster for homeowners insurance and have dealt with this too many times.

Lol. Its perfect out west. No Vegas shootings or Columbines ever. No illegal immigration or socialists or anything like that.

Just clean fresh mountain air for the whites to live peacefully.

Blame blacks for your problems. I see nothing has changed since I ruled the highways and byways of the state in the 60s and 70s.

LA would be Haiti or Puerto Rico if it were an island.

No place is perfect. But some are better than others. Some have brighter futures. Some have better education. I'd go there if I had children.

Let's ignore the segment of your society that commits 90+% of the violent crime and are the majority in almost all of the failing schools. Let's talk about the rest of you frickers!

You'd get away from black people? You sound racist.

I understand the idea of that happening with your family around is scary and you want to protect them, but in reality, this is something that can and more than likely does happen anywhere at some point.

There are few things worse than a thief, but at least the things they steal can be replaced.

Do you have a dog? There chances of someone breaking into your home is less likely if you have a dog. And the bigger bark they have, the better.

And since you know the guy was watching him, just be aware of your surroundings when leaving your house. If someone knows the homeowners are not home, 7AM on a Saturday is a good time to rob a house.

People around the area are either likely still sleeping or has their guard down. If that person looks like they belong, then no one will even look twice.

But with the heroin "epidemic" you really don't know who or when someone will decide to try to take what they can from you.

Was his cash well hidden? It sounds a lot like someone who knew him. They knew his schedule and they knew he had money in that house. I doubt they chose him completely at random. That does not make it his fault, but I wouldn't be too concerned about someone robbing me just because my neighbor was robbed. Not in this situation. Just be smart and don't keep a bunch of cash or expensive stuff in your house. Not even in a safe, they will just take the safe. And if you do have something, don't go telling anyone! And for God's sake, if the dude had an alarm set none of this would have happened. I GUARANTEE you they knew he didn't have an alarm so they felt comfortable breaking in.

No. I love black people. White people, too. We appreciate diversity, remember?

Even in the red states, it's the liberal areas that are thriving and growing. Nashville for example.

CO, CA, WA, OR, ME, and a few others are the future.

Lol. Chicago is doing awesome.

Nashville is liberal due to the youth movement there, but the idea that the economics of that town are liberal is absolutely laughable. Outside of some of the music industry, the money in that town is as red as it gets.

Black communities have problems. It wasn't that long ago that they were forbidden to vote, forbidden from learning to write, or to own property.

Meanwhile slaves built your wealth. Slavery karma, bra.
