Trying to weasel way into saying she actually owns your lot. Next she will do a false survey and put it on market.

Regretfully, I didn’t as she would have lost her bail license for being under the influence and she would’ve have had to have sold.
This is where you screwed up. Learn from this lesson, next time she does something and SHE WILL do not hesitate.

Just glad she was renting and didn't own. Ghetto neighbors are the ne thing you just can't have.
This is why Obamas whole Mixed Income housing mandate was such a bad idea. They don't rise to the level of the community, they try to drag the community down to their level.
And I am talking about economic level here before someone implies "they" is a racial connotation. Because a bunch of LP white trash trailer meth heads would be just as bad if not worse.

Are bail bondsmen not allowed to drink? If so, that seems like a pretty onerous sacrifice for a pretty mediocre business opportunity.

There’s a specific statute dealing with trespass and the removal of someone else’s trees (timber).
Posted on 8/20/23 at 8:49 am to Cweezy1Threezy
You need to take action. I’d make her pay for the market value of the removed trees and immediately put up no trespassing signs and notify her legally of what she has done.

Get a lawyer involved, maybe she will sell to you for cheap rather than have to pay for the damages she did to your property (you were deeply attached to the trees, after all) and/or losing her license etc.
The replacement cost for living trees is astronomical and has zero to do with the timber price, lawyer up and she ill likely be ceding you the property to cover the judgement.

Trashy. You won’t find that here in the country club ( allegedly).

I’d get a lawyer. After all, the Lorax lives in one of those trees.
Posted on 8/20/23 at 9:04 am to Cweezy1Threezy
What'd she do with the trees cut on your property?
Is one acre of pine trees cut down worth something to some people? I'm sure

Our neighbor calls us and states she mistakingly had our one of our lots mowed thinking it was hers. She was a little adamant with him but he tried to remain optimistic as well. No biggie. Call the realtor. Done deal?
I’m having a hard time figuring out what’s happening here.

If you want to get rid of her, get a lawyer and sue her for the damages she caused to your property.
You bought your lots because of the natural, wooded feel and she just cut down several of your trees that will take 20 years to grow back. That’s long lasting damage thats worth a lot more than just timber value. Once you win the case against her for that, she’ll probably be forced to sell the lot to cover the judgment and legal fees.

Dude… she is coming on to your lot and doing damage. It’s time to get pissed about pine trees.

I know everyone else has already said this but… but get a lawyer now and start taking action now. She is damaging your property and interfering with your property rights. You think she’s doing it accidentally but she’s probably doing it on purpose.
It’s only gonna get worse.

Put up a barbed wire fence around your property with No Trespassers signs posted. She sounds like a complete moron. Wait it out. I believe this will blow over eventually.
