Doubt it - dog off the g/f's property. Definitely not if there are strict leash laws. I think pets are still viewed as property so you couldn't get that much anyway.

Wow this shite pisses me off to no end, dogs wander all over my neighborhood, and neighbors are friendly and know each others pets, this a-hole just wanted to kill your dog. GET REVENGE.

I wouldn't go straight to shooting a dog, but if my kid was in his own yard and a dog comes up acting aggressively, I wouldn't exactly be happy.

The issue I have with this entire situation is how aggressive does a dog have to be acting that I'll risk discharging a firearm near my child.
