maybe when your dog crosses the street to go in the neighbors yard, you correct him and keep him in your own yard. You don't need a leash to do that, or give a lame excuse like you did. I let my dogs walk with me to get the garbage or mail. They don't go into the street, or go into the side neighbors yard b/c they are corrected the second they do, so now they know not to go there.

I'd bet this isn't the first time your dog has done that either. Once a dog gets taste of shitting outside his yard, that's all he wants to do.
My dogs only shite in the backyard, yet i somehow always find shite in my front yard either from the neighbor on the left, the neighbor on the right, or someone walking their dog. It's irritating.

I don’t give a frick what anyone in my house did to someone else, you come to my door about it you best be respectful. I wouldn’t go to someone else’s house and act aggressive and don’t expect or accept it from others.

Is the dog tied to a tree or something?

Idk. To be fair, it’s possible. This is the first I’ve ever known about it. It’s the way he brought it up. I would have had no problem picking it up.
