The key is to not just ask yes/no questions. Use who, what, when, where or how to get better responses.

Me: Are the cards door prizes? Are they door prizes from both of us? DO I need door prizes? I can have my assistant grab some muffins from Denny’s Bakery, do we need muffins? Do we need sandwiches? Will the presentation push to lunch? Are we going to lunch after this? I'm going to have my assistant pickup some sandwiches, or should we do a sit down with drinks after the presentation?!

Humm, they are open to bribery so push a bit harder. Ask for a number and if they lowball hint you have pics of him banging his secretary you would be happy to send to his wife.

Make sure you put in note pad so you can quickly fire off each question as a separate text w/ copy/paste

To Scammer: I am stuck in traffic at the moment. Can I just send you the company bitcoin wallet information instead? You can probably order them online faster than I can get to the store. Traffic is not moving right now on Hwy 190.

This is called a smishing attack and actually got a few people at my company.
