I know you were just using this an an example, but lasting heart,lung, and other issues have been documented in people who had severe cases. What's not to say that in ?? years from now they pass away due to the damage caused by Covid.

a cold never put me on my arse for 10 days and has kept my resting heartrate elevated by 10-12 bpm 3 months afterwards

I don't know how to explain it any more succinctly. The two are not mutually exclusive.

Slope Sickness: It's out there. I might get it. I might not. Long term effects are unknown so far so you are correct. No matter what long term effects are, I may have no choice in dealing with them wether I take the vaccine or not since it does not prevent covid like say the HPV vaccine does if I understand it right (i easily could not)

I'm sorry if that doesn't make sense to people, but hesitancy here is mostly on my total lack of confidence in the Bureaucracy of the USA. That includes Government and businesses who rely on government subsidies and regulations to keep them out of prison and in the penthouse.

There is zero doubt that some folks will blame long prior covid exposure for many deaths for years to come. Likely the same for the vaccines. Virtue signaling is the needle. Attention is the heroin.

What do you think the establishment is aiming for? Lay it all out for us. Thank you.
