Ann Curry was probably the only respectable journalist on the Today Show and had been there for years before becoming co-anchor. Matt Lauer and the higher ups on that show treated her like absolute crap and had her booted from the show.

At some point I may openly express my skepticism with some of these accusations made against rich white males, but not for Matt fricking Lauer. They can devour that jerk and the other pricks on the major media networks for all I care.

If they are that hard working and smart, they should have no trouble finding another job - the companies that do real work have not bought into the "diversity trumps ability" bullshite yet - even if they might put on the outward face that they do, just to avoid criticism.

I’m amused by media and wealthy folk. It’s like they haven’t lived in the world we have since Anita Hill. How many of us have sat through numerous sexual harassment HR presentations during their hiring?
I am waiting for the first PROVEN false accusation or outright blackmail/extortion.
It will piss me off when this trickles down to everyday workplaces and they over react or over reach.
Rules DO NOT need to change. Ask a girl out ONCE. Anymore and it’s on you. The old rule of “give her a chance to change her mind” does not apply to the workplace. Maybe a hot girl at the gym or somewhere else public.
