That was my point. If you want to get more diversity in ivy leagues, create better applicants. It's horseshite that kids with a lesser application get in because of diversity.

A lot of dumb arse people on here. If you watched it, like I did, they would still be spelling now. They didn’t want multi-winners. There were eight people still in it after 18 rounds. Usually the winner is determined by then, or have only two people left.
They even said after the 18th round that they were entering uncharted territory and were running out of difficult words, so they decided to make anyone left after round 20 a co-champion.
It was not about “everyone gets a trophy!”

Dude. It's a spelling bee. What's more is that the contestants are the creme de la creme of Indian families who were able to mover here.
