It's from a video that was posted on Youtube in November of 2019, video was taken in October 2019. Reason why it is listed as November is because it is verifiable that it existed as of that month because of the upload date listed on Youtube.

Origin video that allowed online people to solve it and possibly end NASCAR's so called investigation.

They have likely been used at every track at various times. What likely happens is the team assigned to a particular garage ties the rope how they like it for quicker/easier access. Some may untie it before they leave, some don't. Some may untie it if they get to the garage and there's a loop, some may just leave it as it is. Those crews are very meticulous on how they want their garage areas set up.

Have you ever worked in a garage? There's a reason you tie the loop at the end of the Rope. For one, it makes it easier to grab. And for two, you can hang that loop on something near the door so that if it rains or if someone is running in and out the Rope doesn't get soaking wet or caught on anything. This isn't rocket science.

that is close to a hangman knot to be mistaken by someone looking to play the victim card.....
but you have to be looking.... as op said i donot know why but i know how to make them and the correct number of loops and end tie...
i used them a lot for two reasons...
it is great way to shorten a long rope dragging the ground and position it at a higher location ....which is probably why it was done...
also you can make more wraps or less wraps than official 13 to get it at a height exactly where the perdon doing it wants it... ie shoulder...above head etc...
everyone inovled in letting this conversation go past a stupid remark in the garage should feel like an idiot and own up abd just say my bad..

Damn dude are you just trying to be offended by what I said? None of that drivel is relevant. Spleen acted like how to rope is tied is some integral part to how the crew operates and they change it every week and make sure its always exactly the same. More likely, they couldn't tell you what the rope at the last stop looked like because it doesn't matter.
Read, think, then post. It will help you stop melting.
