Unless you are hungover, you shouldn’t need a nap.

frick nap haters. Naps are one of the few things that bring real joy to my life. I take one (two if I'm lucky) every weekend. People who nap live longer. Scientific fact.
All you non-nappers.... please tell us your annual salary so we can determine the economic impact of refusing to nap.

Can’t do naps.
I wake up thinking I have to start my day from the beginning. Once I realize it’s not morning, I’m in a bad mood for like 3 hours.

I don’t have time for naps unfortunately, and when I do they give me anxiety. Feel like I’m missing out on something, it sucks
I use to be the same exact way. I will take a nap now if I lost a lot of sleep at night. Very refreshing.

Naps are seriously underrated. I take one from 6:30-8:00 pm and wake up in time to hit the sack at 9:00.

I take a 10-20 minute nap every work day. Usually sometime around 3:00. It's like a reset, my heart rate calms down (I run at 56 anyhow resting heart rate) and I feel amazingly refreshed. The key of course, is not to sleep to long. If you are wondering if you slept or not,-that's usually perfect.

Do you have to bring your own nap pad to work or do they provide them for you?

Grown men of good health shouldn’t take naps until they are old and/or retired. What’d you do today? Oh just wallered around and slept the day away. That’s pathetic

I've heard a trick for the perfect amount of time for a nap is to hold something (set of keys) in your hand so that it's on the edge of the bed/sofa or otherwise suspended only by your grasp.
When you lose your grip and the object hits the floor, the sound wakes you up and you are good to go.

Doctors insist naps are good for the body and soul. Who am I to argue?

Agree. Naps are what we consider a good night’s sleep between 2:30 and 5:00 a.m., right?
