I'm in South Arkansas so my list is skewed but:
1. Ruston
2. Shreveport/Bossier
3. Alexandria
4. BR
5. Monroe/West Monroe
....granted, my list is based on easy travel and I'm 45 min from Ruston 1hr 15min from Monroe, and 1 hr 40 from Shreveport so that is the justification for my rankings...
