Nobody talks about rubber mallets but you will use this thing all the time.

The most useful and practical tool on earth that not many people own is the portaband. I own a full size portaband and a compact battery powered portaband.

Allen wrench set (has all sizes in one like a Swiss Army knife). Used it countless times, especially with a small kid now.

I own a spanner wrench set. I use it at least once a month for a very specific task. I had never heard of one before I bought the piece of equipment that requires the wrench.

Nothing better than a good set of channel lock brand channel locks. No other brand compares.
