Interviewed a local scholar who was joy riding in a stolen vehicle, but said scholar didn’t know it was stolen. Cats knee was chewed on, but only a flesh wound. BR has more K9 bites than the rest of our country per Nak. Maybe we have more violent crime than most cities.

I don’t consider a 14-16 year old who’s committed and/or committing a felony a ute.

Didn’t know the car was stolen yet he choose to exit the car after being pursued and run on foot to avoid detainment.
If you believe this, I have some ocean front property in Arizona I would like to sell you.
Also, the ending was my favorite part. The Juvenile judicial system let this accused felony criminal sign himself out. That will show both him and his absent parents.
In my experience, this culture of kids often have never had to submit to the authority of another man. Knowing that, do you think they will submit to uniformed Police Officers or the laws of mankind? Especially now that race baiting lawyers and desperate click bait journalists paint them as the victim.

I like the ole school way. Two cops per cruiser, but let’s also add a bad arse K9!! Put about 3 to 4 go pros on the K9, put it out on YouTube, and get paid!!!!
I loved seeing when the Argentine police tried out some dogo argentinos as k9’s. They were too effective at that job. They would bring down the thug in a hard way, and then submit them with a huge set of jaws around the neck.

Kid should be glad he tussled with K9 instead of cop. Fighting a cop is a good way to get shot. (Deservedly so.)
