All 86 homeowners post in the OT
I actually own 10 of them, the other 76 homeowners probably post here too.

That one looks like the main building at Episcopal HS, though it is a different zip.

It's in university acres. Been for sale for awhile
Lots in there are very pricey

It’s a close friends parents house, we used to party there a bunch in high school. Another poster here got in trouble for rutting up their yard one night
They listed it at much higher than expected on purpose

I always forget about UClub. Makes sense
There's a number of million dollar houses in Mallard Lakes, off of Old Perkins and even some in Santa Maria. There's plenty of people with money in South Baton Rouge.

Tacky Home Depot landscaping.

Guessing to see if anyone would bite on it, I don’t really remember why we were even talking about it when it went on the market

And I’d say FU to traffic and wouldn’t live in either of them. If I could afford a milli for a roof it wouldn’t be in BR it’d be in avoyelles on some land

Out of 8K homes for sale in Naples, 1,448 are over $1M
I think $42.5M is the high end.
ETA, sorry $49.5M
And no one lives in them for more than a couple of months a year. Well, maybe the servants...Nah, they live in the quarters that are more expensive than 2 of my homes.

There are 225 homes > $1 million in Orlando.
I would have expected Orlando to have thousands of them.

the fact that their house is going to be very difficult to sell
The dearth of $1M + houses listed for sale would seem to indicate such a home should not be a hard sell at all,

If I'm spending a million on a house, it sure isn't going to be in Baton Rouge.
