That Marine is going to get roasted by his fellow recruiters. Granted, it’s not his job to break up fights and maybe he thought it was two students. Either way, dude should have stepped it out a bit and intervened quicker than that.

Yeah maybe but would this have happened if the teacher had not taken the device
Not saying it justified the beating, clearly it does not. However, maybe some teachers will think before taking items from students.
If they are causing a disturbance send them to the office.

Violent crime stats indicate black people want a race war. Stories like this one in the OP reaffirm it. I’d probably get attempted murder and get locked away a forever. I don’t get why the school and the law want to protect that pos. He tried to kill that lady..

Once a person is unconscious and you continue to beat them, you should be charged with attempted murder.
He knocked her out with the first blow to the body, then started hitting her in the back and then to the back of her head.
If it wouldn`t have been broken up there`s no doubt this woman would have been beaten to death.
An article mentioned he was a special needs student. That doesn`t mean he is diagnosed as retarded.
From listening to him speak to the officers; he sounds more like just being really dumb and entitled.
This is a perfect example of a monster that the liberals have created.

It’s all about “restorative justice” nowadays in schools. People excuse criminal behavior from minors because they believe children don’t have agency.
I think if it can be determined that someone pre-plans a violent crime, then the perpetrator had full control of his or her decisions. It’s not like the kid reacted to her taking the device with an immediate shove. Like she grabs it out of his hands and he reacted violently in the moment.
He thought about what he would do, searched for her, initiated the attack, and continued the attack after she was unconscious. I have zero beliefs in rehabilitation or restorative justice for people like that. Kill him and society is better off.
