It’s very obvious. The school system has failed him. Momma will probably file suit against the teacher and school for provoking him.

Is it just me, or is the kids speech and his movements mismatched? In other words, is he putting on a show for the cops and acting “special” now that he’s got his silver jewelry on? He moved pretty damn well, and was very coordinated compared to how he sounded like rain man.
