I’m hoping tourists aren’t frequenting those types of places.

For non-US tourists those places are a novelty.

For middle-America it’s a matter of taste, price and comfort but yes they are or those places wouldn’t last in places like NYC and Vegas.

Anyone who wastes a meal in New York on Cane’s deserves to get fleeced.

I think there was a thread the last few days wondering how much a Caniac was in NYC Compared to here.

Our Heisman winner worked the NYC store yesterday and we got a glimpse of the menu in his video.

Let me show you how to internet post covid. You can actually order food from the Brooklyn Canes. It is $21.76 after tax. Do the math, you can split it with another person and eat for only $11.

Geez these replies. No one hates successful LSU alumni as much as fellow LSU fans.

Have you ever been to New York? A family of four can’t go to a sandwich shop for that, much less a sit down lunch. That is in line with everything else up there

I was in Times Square last weekend, saw the Canes from a distance, and thought: “with 10,000 restaurants in Manhattan who would eat at Canes?” Then I got closer and saw a line out of the building.

Good on you Mr. Graves. Good on you!

The theory that a fast food fried chicken place would fail in New York because there are better options, as if that isn't true in literally any medium sized and above city, is fascinating to me. My brain simply doesn't work the same as some of you.

What? That the most touristy place in the world is probably not filled with locals dropping 20 bucks on chicken fingers and soggy fries when there are delicious options for less. And most of these people that work in TS are pretty low paid hospitality workers

Yes that is my position.

Todd has shut down the haters for nearly 30 years. No one understands why his generic chicken finger meals sell like they do, but 28 years later and he's worth $7 billion

You're surprised rich foreign tourists would spend $15 on a meal?

The debate was concerning locals eating there.

If tourists go to NYC and eat Canes they are idiots too
