Yeah, I was going to say that.
Technically I think it is by definition but it’s not in popular context.
A 1st world country is a country that was in the US realm of influence during the Cold War.
A 2nd world country where countries under Soviet influence.
And 3rd world countries where not under either.
The popular conatation coming that if a country is in any way worth being fought over, it should be in the 1st two worlds.
