Yep. We have a 4 year old and a 16 year old. It’s the 16 year old’s job to wash dishes. When the young one was still in the sippy cup phase, we had to make sure the older one completely disassembled the cups each time. Many we had to throw away at the first sign they couldn’t be cleaned in certain spots. Some of the designs of these things are idiotic.

This goes for pretty much any fountain drink system at any restaurant or convenience store.
