There are some awesome podcasts/write ups on how Big Water convinced American retards that they’re dehydrated and that’s why everyone is addicted to carrying it around.
Vast majority of people get their required intake from the food they eat and beverages they have with meals.
Water is great for you, but none of us require lugging around a gallon at a time. People have just conditioned themselves.
