The facts are that every generation except boomers were tired of Dem polices and went more red in 2024 except the generations of 65+

And the fact also is that Gen Z would have put Kamala Harris in the White House if only their vote counted too.

The youth vote was still +4 for Harris. Again. Thread is about generations.

How old are you? Let’s compare lives and careers paths through your current age. I bet that we will be close to the same decision making at that age. Do you have children? That is very important in these types of discussions.

Went the medical route. 4 years of school, 6 years of training.

If there is one thing we can confidently place at the feet of boomers, it is outsourcing.

That is solely on them.

The revocation of the Fairness Doctrine has also resulted in the significant rift we face today.

Reagan gets rightly praised, but he performed some absolutely retarded things.

If you’re 1st thought every day is of your child and your one on the way (congrats) and how you can provide for them today and in the future then you are just like I was.

At 38, I had a 10 year old, 6 year old and a newborn. I was in traditional industrial hygiene/environmental consulting. BS in Marine Biology.

At 38 (2001) I felt about as overwhelmed by life as I ever had before. So I did the only I could think to do and that was to just focus on saving as much as possible without making the girls “go without”. This was on a salary of 65K plus benefits.

It wasn’t easy, but I was no different than the majority of my friends and neighbors.

Imagine being an old IT worker and not getting it. He’s unequivocally had it easier than younger people

And I’ve had it easier than older millennials (who were joining workforce circa 2008) and zoomers in many ways. It’s not hard to admit!

How do you guys arrive at this? These comments are so shallow.
How could you possibly know if someone you have never met has had it easier than younger people?

Boomers were handed the keys to a brand new Cadillac and promptly drove it into the ditch
