What of his do you pay for at this point?

Phone? Student tickets? Stipend beyond just basic food? Time to start scaling that back if he's unable to be responsible in school.

We’ve tried to reason with him and he’s in danger of failing out of LSU. What should we do as parents? He cares more about watching college football than studying for his computer science exam.

We have tried getting him interested in our families masonry business as an alternative.

He needs to take a semester off and work a manual labor job.

Also, CS just may not be for him if he lacks interest to even just get C's.

It's because trollers never know when to stop. Their bs gets more and more outlandish until it's beyond ridiculous.

I told my kids they don't have streaming underneath the interstate.

There was a football game on TV every night for like 2 months straight.

He has to figure it out himself. At some point I just got tired of losing money so I quit gambling.

Sit him down and explain that he sucks at making picks and it’s not for him.

It sounds like he cares more about gambling than anything else, which is why hes always watching football. He'd betting on every game he can.

As someone who has struggled with gambling in the past, we are hitting a breaking point for young men in this country.

I'm not saying there shouldn't be legal gambling. But do we need the lines on ESPN's bottom scroller? Do we need the "Draft Kings desk" with the "FanDuel live lines" with a BetMGM ad during the commercial break?

Just roll it back a little bit.

I’d rather have my son watch college football than build pipe bombs. Count your blessings man!

Serious response, no BS. My son is a freshman at LSU now. The games are on Saturdays not during the week. My son hasn’t missed a home game this year. If your son doesn’t pass maybe he has made his own decision. He isn’t college material at least right now. My suggestion is a 2 year vo tech type school or the military.

If there is a chance he could become a legend in the gambling world like Doyle Brunson, you may want to consider letting him not sign up for classes for the fall semester when a majority of the football games are. Then make it real clear that he has to take a full load of classes in the spring and summer. If he doesn’t apply himself in the spring and summer semesters, tell him he will be hauling bricks right along with the Mexicans your business employs.

Your son has a cocaine addiction. No way anyone is failing out of LSU over the product on the field the last 2 years.

Stop lying to us. Your son has a gambling problem, not a watching college football problem. Just damn.
