If she would have said "You know I was an art major, right?" and laughed it off, everything would have been fine.
This is what a rational person would do. She's clearly not. Get out now.

On a serious note, if this is the person you are serious about. I would highly suggest premarital counseling. My wife and I went and it helped us so much with our fights and disagreements.
Talk things out with her. Hear her out completely. Seek to understand why she feels the way she does. If she is reasonable she will do the same. She will want to know your point of view so that you can both come to middle ground. With my wife I found that at times I do tend to speak down to her with automatically assuming that she knew less than me on certain things. Men and women are different. It's hard, but we gotta understand those differences at least some when making a relationship/marriage work. A lil self reflection is never a bad thing.
On the other end if she is one of those feminzai radical leftist types that just hates all men. Then that means she is not reasonable and does not care to be in the least bit. Dont try to compromise with that person, because they themself don't believe in compromise.

Get out of it now while you can. Believe me, a marriage will never work out if one of the members seeks drama. It makes for a miserable life.

Isn’t Mansplaining just being correct and/or logical?
Posted on 12/5/19 at 8:12 pm to mattytiger123
If serious, this coming to light before getting married is straight up a sign from God. You haven't dodged a bullet, you dodged a drone strike. Get the frick out of there.

You sound like a pussy. Or you are pussy whipped. Both are bad.

Assuming you’re being honest, leave her right now. Modern liberal feminists are miserable and insufferable. I promise you’ll want a divorce at some point.

This, or she'll get bored of you and throw away a decade or more of hard work because the tingles in her girl parts tell her to.
One of these is inevitably your future, OP. Run, don't walk.

Why are you even getting married anyway? You get one vagina for the rest of your life. Way to think it through Matty!

One possibility is that she was on the rag and in a tough emotional place. None of us know enough about her to say. If this was an isolated instance it would be one thing, but a recent pattern is worrisome. If it’s the latter I agree with the oft cited run option.

Leave now- this will not end well for you.

I'd run TF away as fast as I could. And I'd give her the exact same advice if she told that story. In fact, you clowns might be made for each other now that I think about it.

You should either shut that shite down completely or GTFO ASAP. Do not marry her if this is who she is.

she was an art major in college, she's now attending PA school to be a physicians assistant.

Not that uncommon to go from BA to a medical profession as a non-trad.
